Maud Gilet Associate

Maud Gilet’s practice focuses on corporate law and commercial contracts. She assists companies and entrepreneurs from all horizons in their projects, at all stages of their corporate life.

Having completed her studies as a lawyer with training in computer programming, she is particularly interested in subjects related to innovation in law and the transformation of legal professions thanks to digital tools.

• Advice and assistance to various companies during their creation (drafting of articles of association, partners' agreements, legal formalities) and for the implementation of their first commercial contracts (services, purchase, sale and commercial leases);
• Legal advice to a major construction group in the context of a bidding process in the energy and transport sector;
• Supporting legal professionals in their digital transformation: co-design, management and coordination of IT projects for lawyers (collaborative legal work platforms, contract management and relations between lawyers and operational staff);
• Providing support to a start-up during the incorporation formalities, in protecting intangible assets (software), creating the legal framework for issuing and selling tokens on Blockchain.
