Cristina Andreea Bejenariu specializes in corporate, M&A, and consumer protection law. • Advising a group of Romanian investors in setting up a joint venture for the development of a HORECA project abroad, including the drafting of the contractual documentation governing shareholder relationship and the corporate governance of the involved entities.
• Advising a major Romanian tour operator in acquiring a 50% stake in a Romanian airline company, including drafting and negotiating the share transfer agreements and completing all formalities for registration with the Trade Registry.
• Providing legal assistance to a real estate developer in connection with the acquisition of land plots in the Bucharest metropolitan area, including support during the negotiation and review of the contractual documentation.
