Requirements
- Lawyers registered in UNBR - trainees or permanent;
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of commercial law, especially company law, mergers & acquisitions, contract law, real estate, tax law (experience can be combined with the period worked as a lawyer);
- Person oriented towards achieving goals, proactive, with a team spirit;
- Written and verbal communication skills, spirit of analysis and synthesis;
- Availability for short trips in the country;
- Openness to work in several areas of commercial law;
- Technical skills: MS Office, Excel, Outlook, web browsing, legal databases.
- Knowledge of English and / or French (written and spoken) - intermediate / advanced level;
