GRUIA DUFAUT & ASOCIAȚII is seeking a lawyer with experience in employment law and a solid background in contract law. Experience in related employment and commercial litigation would be an advantage. You will work directly with the firm’s partners as part of a close-knit team committed to delivering high-quality legal services across every mandate.
We could be a good fit if you:
- Have 5–7 years of relevant experience;
- Are a fully qualified lawyer and a member of a Romanian Bar;
- Can manage matters independently;
- Provide clear, practical recommendations;
- Have an advanced command of French—an important advantage;
- Have an advanced command of English;
- Enjoy working as part of a team and share our commitment to quality.
The work you will be involved in
- Drafting and reviewing individual and collective employment agreements, internal regulations and job descriptions;
- Reorganisations, dismissals and transfers of undertakings;
- Negotiations, disciplinary proceedings and employment disputes;
- Cross-border employee postings;
- Immigration matters;
- Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements;
- Employment and/or commercial litigation.
