Florin Imbir Associate

Florin is a trainee lawyer with prior experience as a paralegal in corporate law. He practices business law, contributing to legal advisory projects for Romanian and international clients and assisting in matters related to urban planning and corporate law, including company incorporation, amendments to articles of association, share capital operations, share transfers, and ongoing corporate formalities. He is also involved in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, as well as matters concerning associations and foundations. He also assists the team in commercial litigation and administrative law projects, including interactions with public authorities, obtaining permits and authorizations, and analyzing the legal framework applicable to regulated activities.
