Ileana Alexandra GHEORGHE Junior Associate

Alexandra is a trainee lawyer involved in corporate and commercial law matters, with a focus on handling formalities before the Trade Registry, including company incorporation and dissolution, establishment of secondary offices, share transfers, as well as drafting and updating corporate documents related to the day-to-day activity of legal entities.

She is also involved in administrative law projects, assisting the team in urban planning litigation and cases concerning administrative offence complaints.

In addition, she contributes to advisory activity, particularly in real estate law, tax law, and labour and social security law. She is also involved in projects relating to obtaining tax residency for foreign nationals and managing the related formalities.
