CCER: « OVERVIEW ON DOING BUSINESS IN ROMANIA » SEMINAR

Ms Dana GRUIA DUFAUT, founder of the law office bearing her name, and Ms Arcadia HINESCU, Lawyer, took part on Monday, June 2, to the "Overview on Doing Business in Romania" seminar, organised by the Romanian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce (CCER), marked by the visit to Romania of a Swiss business delegation.

On this occasion, Ms Arcadia HINESCU held a presentation regarding the (legal) possibilities/options for foreign investors to tackle the Romanian market, given the comprehensive experience of the GRUIA DUFAUT Law Office in providing legal assistance to numerous foreign companies during complex Greenfield operations, company or asset acquisitions, joint venture and several other forms of investment in Romania. In this respect, Ms HINESCU presented a series of aspects related to corporate legal status, real estate and labour law that foreign companies must take into account when planning their future investments in Romania.

The reunion organised by the CCER was attended by representatives of the Swiss Embassy in Bucharest, by representatives of Swiss companies interested in the Romanian market and by Swiss companies carrying out their activities in Romania, members of this Chamber of Commerce.
