The GRUIA DUFAUT Law Office was partner of Business Review at the second edition of the “Country Focus Community Forum", which brought together the main foreign investor communities and Romanian policy makers, in order to map the future economic and strategic development of the country.
Mrs. Cristina BOJICA, Partner, and Mrs. Loredana Van de WAART, Partner, participated as speakers in the “French Forum” and “Dutch Forum” panels; they have presented comparative analyses of the legal framework and regulations applicable to investments, both in Romania and in other European countries, in connection with the fields of expertise of the Law Office: foreign investments, PPPs and public procurement.
