GRUIA DUFAUT & PARTNERS TO HOST LABOR LAW WORKSHOP DURING BELGIAN WEEK 2025

On May 13, 2025, Gruia Dufaut & Partners will hold a labor law workshop in Brașov, as part of the Belgian Week organized by the Belgium-Luxembourg-Romania-Moldova Chamber of Commerce (BEROCC).

The workshop, titled “Dismissal Procedures: Common Mistakes in Applying Labor Legislation”, will be presented by Mihaela Nițu, labor law specialist and Senior Associate at our firm.

The session will start at 11:00 AM and is part of a larger program featuring thematic workshops, a job fair, and B2B meetings between companies.
