Focus on Employment and HR Conference
The GRUIA DUFAUT Law Office took part, on Tuesday, April 28th, as a partner, at the 5th edition of the "Focus on Employment and HR" Conference, organised by Business Review. This event reunited specialists in the HR and legal fields.
Taking into consideration the Law Office's consistent practice in providing complex assistance and representation services, both to employees and employers with respect to labour agreements, social security measures, as well as litigations originating in the clauses inserted into labour agreements, Mrs. Mihaela NITU, Senior Lawyer, held a presentation on "How to Manage Working Time and Performance in Labour Agreements".
The presentation pointed out the legal and conventional instruments that a company should take into consideration when it comes to managing its employees' working time and their professional evaluation.
