The GRUIA DUFAUT Law Office took part on Monday, October 27, to the seminar dedicated to investment conditions in Romania, organized by the French Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in Romania (CCIFER), occasioned by the visit of a delegation of representatives of the French chambers of commerce, specialized in Central and Eastern European Countries (PECO).


On this occasion, Mrs. Roxana NITULESCU, Senior Lawyer at the GRUIA DUFAUT Law Office, held a presentation of the means of access to the Romanian market, by underlining the legal particularities of the operations for the establishment of French companies in Romania.


Mrs. NITULESCU presented the different types of incorporation that French companies can take into account in order to carry out their activities on the local market, as well as the main issues related to company, contractual, tax and economic regulations provided by the Romanian law.
