The GRUIA DUFAUT Law Office takes part, as partner of UBIFRANCE, to the organisation of the event “Les grands industriels de l’automobile en Roumanie”, held on July 3, 2014, in Bucharest.
One day before the event, Ms Dana GRUIA DUFAUT, Managing Partner at the GRUIA DUFAUT Law Office, and Ms Cristina BOJICA presents to the French companies present in Bucharest at this occasion a series of particularities of Romanian law on contracts security, labour relations and facilities offered by the Government to the foreign investors.
The GRUIA DUFAUT Law Office has a significant practice in the legal assistance of French companies interested to invest in Romania. During more than 23 years of presence in Romania, the Cabinet has accompanied several companies specialized in the production of auto parts, under complex acquisition transactions, negotiation of contracts or development of new distribution channels.
