GRUIA DUFAUT Law Office advised the French group FM Logistic, a leading supply chain services company operating across Europe, in a sale and lease back transaction of its entire Romanian portfolio totaling 100,000 sqm to CTP, Europe’s largest listed owner, developer and manager of high quality industrial and logistics real estate by gross lettable area (“GLA”).
