TEODORA KOLETSIS, PARTNER AT GRUIA DUFAUT & ASOCIAȚII, ADMITTED TO THE PARIS BAR

Gruia Dufaut & Asociații is strengthening its position among the leading French-speaking business law firms in Romania, following the admission of partner Teodora Koletsis to the Paris Bar as a lawyer registered under the European Union regime (European lawyer).

Member of the Bucharest Bar and lawyer with over 20 years of experience in business law, Teodora Koletsis specializes in real estate law, public procurement, and medical law, working in both advisory and litigation/administrative and tax dispute matters. She is recognized for her expertise in legal structuring of complex transactions and for her active involvement in supporting the business environment, serving as a Board Member of the Swiss-Romanian Chamber of Commerce (CCE-R).

Member of the Bucharest Bar since 2005, Teodora Koletsis graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest, as well as the Faculty of Public Administration within the National School of Political and Administrative Studies (SNSPA). She later completed studies in French at the Franco-Romanian Institute of Business Law and International Cooperation “Nicolae Titulescu – Henri Capitant” within the University of Bucharest’s Faculty of Law. She holds a master’s degree in international law and European Studies, as well as a master’s degree in Medical Law. She joined the Gruia Dufaut team in 2008 and has steadily advanced to the position of partner, currently coordinating the firm’s real estate and public procurement practices.
