France – South-Eastern Europe Business Forum

The GRUIA DUFAUT Law Office took part, as a partner of the Economic Mission of the French Embassy in Romania UBIFRANCE, to the second edition of the France – South-Eastern Europe Business Forum, organized in Bucharest on February 11th and 12th.

At the Forum, the representatives of over 400 companies had the opportunity to attend business meetings and 10 thematic workshops, aimed at presenting business opportunities in the region.

On this occasion, at the workshop entitled “Automotive: the Supply Chain explained by the major players within the sector”, moderated by Mr Constantin STROE, President of ACAROM, Ms Dana GRUIA DUFAUT made a presentation of the legal and fiscal implications and perspectives on the investment conditions on the Romanian market within this domain. The Purchasing Director of Groupe Renault Roumanie, Mr. Antoine AOUN, as well as representatives of other French companies: Montupet, Valeo, Gefco had the opportunity to express their views concerning the business opportunities in the Romanian automotive industry.
