BUSINESS REVIEW FOREIGN INVESTORS SUMMIT

Mrs. Dana GRUIA DUFAUT, Managing Partner of the GRUIA DUFAUT Law Office, and Mrs. Loredana Van de WAART, Partner, took part, as speakers, at the series of conferences dedicated to the automobile industry and to infrastructure, organized by Business Review at the Foreign Investors Summit, between October 14th and October 16th, in Bucharest.

During the conference dedicated to the automobile industry, Mrs. Dana GRUIA DUFAUT underlined the importance of legal security and stability in contractual relations; she also presented the Romania’s competitive advantages in attracting investments in this sector.

In turn, Mrs. Loredana Van de WAART also held a presentation on public procurement, given the amendment of the European legislation and the introduction of new specific regulations in the national legislation, underlining the impact of such new rules on the public procurement procedures in Romania.
